1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept VISA and MasterCard. We also accept Debit Card, and cash for in-store sales. |
2. Is the ordering process secure? Absolutely! Our website uses the latest 128-bit encryption technology to protect your personal information. Our ordering process is totally secure from beginning to end. |
3. Does Real Time Furniture sell or release my personal information? Real Time Furniture respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstance sell or release your information to anyone. |
4. What is your return policy? Unused items can be returned in its original packaging within 48 hours and will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee, plus all shipping costs. Return processing may take up to 14 business days from the time your product is received. Real Time Furniture will not accept returned goods that have been customized. Returns are subject to both outbound and inbound shipping fees. Even items that are sold with 'Free Shipping' or 'Free Delivery' are subject to shipping fees if they are returned. Real Time Furniture helps subsidize freight; please be aware actual freight charges are higher than originally charged. Return Shipping Fees are estimated at 15 - 25% of the purchase price. |
5. What is your cancellation policy? The nature of the commercial furniture industry requires logistical processes that are not always conducive to the cancellations of orders. Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours and will be refunded as a store credit. |
6. What if the item has a defect? Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept defective exchanges on products within 3 days of delivery/pickup date. Real Time Furniture shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product, exchange or repair the item and return it back to you. |
7. Is there any warranty? Most items come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Extended warranty purchases are available for some items. Please contact us to determine if an extended warranty is available for your particular item. |
8. What happens when an item is out of stock? If an item is out of stock for more than a week, a customer service representative will contact you. |
9. Price too good to be true - Is there a catch? No, what you see is the price you pay with no strings attached. We strive to deliver the best price to our customers! |
10. Do you do price matching? Assuming the item is the same product from a single manufacturer, then yes. In fact, we will beat our competitior's price by 5%. Their item must be in stock and priced in Canadian dollars. |
11. How long will it take to get an item? Items that are in stock in Toronto will be shipped/picked up within 1-2 week period. Customized orders can take 2-12 weeks depending on item/specs. Delivery out of Ontario takes approximately 1-3 weeks once the order is shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided for customers who have an out of Ontario delivery. |
12. Is it possible to pickup? Yes, you can pick up your order at our local store. Items will be wrapped/boxed properly and Real Time Furniture is not responsible for damages caused during pickups. |
13. Does Real Time Furniture accept phone, fax, or email orders? Real Time Furniture accepts phone orders (1-800-718.7411 toll free) or (905-764-7411 local). For security purposes we cannot accept orders through email or fax. |
14. What taxes do I pay? Customers in Ontario pay GST(7%) and PST(8%). Customers in other provinces pay GST(7%). US customers pay no taxes. |
15. Can I see the item before making a decision? Yes, unlike most other online stores we have a 16,000 sq ft showroom in Concord, ON. However, we cannot display all of our catalogue items, but we constantly bring in new models daily and our best sellers are displayed here for your inspection. |
