Processing Your Order is Our #1 Priority!

We will do everything possible to ensure your package(s) arrive in a safe manner. Our goal has always been geared towards satisfying our clients through excellent services and relations. In order to do this, we are committed to proper packaging and processing based on years of knowledge. We know how to get it right!

Once your purchase has been made online, most of orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, except certain items which take extra time to prepare, such as custom-made sofas, beds and some shipments coming from the U.S. All orders are shipped out of our Toronto warehouse to ensure proper packaging and inspection.

Currently we ship throughout North America, except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, International/Overseas addresses, Post Office Boxes, Private mail box location, or APO/FPO addresses.

Truck Orders:
Small items will be shipped by courier service. Larger/heavier or multiple items will be properly packed on a pallet and shipped by a professional freight company. Any order that is over 200 lb/pc will be sent by a truck equipped with tailgate lift to handle the shipment properly and safely. Long distance home deliveries will be subject to curb-side delivery unless specified by customer (upgrades to in house delivery will be at customer's expense). Someone must be present to accept the deliveries.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual size, weight of items, and your address. To find out exact shipping costs to your door, you can login to our website and add the items to the shopping cart, then click check-out (The order won't be processed unless you finish the payment section).

Taxes:
Ontario customers pay GST (5%) and PST (7%); Other provinces pay GST (5%) only. U.S. customers are responsible for customs & duty tax.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with your ordering information, including tracking number. Please ensure you give us a valid email address upon purchase.

Back Orders:
In the unlikely event that an item in your order is unavailable for immediate delivery, we can arrange a split delivery (an additional delivery fee will apply) or we can assist you in finding an alternative product.

Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed, our warehouse is immediately notified to pick up and pack the order for shipment. Please contact Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization and further shipping instructions. You are responsible for the restocking charges and the shipping costs incurred to return items to our warehouse.
